What We're Going To Miss

I finally figured out how to post pictures from my phone. So beware of picture overload!And some poor quality pictures. Looking through these pictures on my phone, I realized how much we are going to miss from Idaho Falls.

Trips to Cal Ranch with Grandpa Backman

The library.

 One of Krew's favorite things was going to the library. One of the reasons he loves it so much is because the library was under construction to expand, taking out a lot of the parking lot. The temporary parking lot was quite the walking distance and golf carts would give rides to and from the library. Krew thought it was the coolest thing!

We loved just hanging out back there and Krew would ride his bike back and forth all day long! 

While we were packing up the house one day I heard the back door open. I peeked through the blinds and found Krew kicked back in my chair reading the Toys R Us magazine! Gotta start preparing for what to ask Santa for!

 Grandma and Grandpa's spa tub.
He thinks it's so fun. He sometimes asks me if he can go "swimming" at Grandma's house.

 Watching thunderstorms from our front porch. 

A couple of weeks before we moved we had a huge thunderstorm. Krew was astonished by the thunder and lightening and we decided to watch from our front porch for a better view. Harvey decided he didn't miss out on the excitement either.

 Great Grandma Losee.
She moved from Spanish Fork, Utah up to Idaho Falls a couple of months ago. Krew would love to go visit her. She always had candy for him and would give him the funnest wheelchair rides. We will miss visiting Grandma as often as we were able to!

Eating out with Grandma and Grandpa.
One night Jorden's parents told us to go to a movie one last time before we moved. We didn't hesitate and took them up on their offer! While we were gone, Krew went out to eat at ihop. Krew LOVES pancakes! And the whipped cream that comes on top!

"Helping" Grandpa rake his leaves.

Grandma and Grandpa's house is surrounded by big trees, and the leaves have to be raked up often. Krew loved to help grandpa rake them up. Mostly because Grandpa would give him rides in the tarp across the yard! 

Krew's friends.

Krew had some pretty good friends in nursery and in the neighborhood. But he will really miss his good friend Quinton. We went out one last time to Leo's Place before we moved and krew was so disappointed when I told him it will probably be a while before we meet up with them again.

Krew takes after me and gets really red-faced when he plays hard!

Patty and Ruby.

We love Gma and Gpa's dogs. Harvey and Patty have a love-hate relationship. But sure are cute when they love each other.

We will miss so much about Idaho. The first few days we moved in, Krew was so excited about our new house. But the past couple of days he keeps asking when we can go to Grandma and Grandpa's house. It's pretty sad. And now we are about 9 hours away from my parents. I guess that's part of relocating for a new, better job! Thank goodness for facetime!

This is one of my favorite pictures because Harvey usually stays away from Krew. But Krew had a bad flu about a month ago and Harvey didn't leave his side. So sweet!

 It's always so much better when Krew is back to his healthy, happy self!

For all the things we will miss, we are so excited for our new adventure in Utah!
