Christmas came right in time this year! With the stresses of Jorden and me being at the hospital for a couple of days, and adding a new member to our family, Christmas is just what Krew needed!
A few weeks before Christmas we finally got the Christmas tree up.
Krew LOVED decorating the tree! Especially putting the star on top!
We went to the Outlets one night with Jorden's family. Krew thought this Christmas tree was pretty impressive and insisted we get one that big for our house!
On Christmas Eve we made some cookies and left a letter for Santa. Krew also opened his new pjs and we read the birth of Christ.
His letter says, "Dear Santa, Please eat my cookies and leave me lots of prizes. Love, Krew" He also told Jorden exactly what to draw.
Krew was beyond excited on Christmas morning. Jorden and I were beyond tired! We had just had our first night home with Myla. But we tried to pretend we weren't tired so Krew felt like it was a "normal" Christmas.
Krew and all of his funny poses!
After we took his pictures we finally let him start opening his presents!
Jorden showing Krew his new Cabela's airplane. (Jorden was still trying to spare us from his cold by wearing a mask).
One of Krew's favorite gifts was his new BYU football uniform.
And this new car from Santa (and Grandma and Grandpa Backman).
He rode it where ever he could in the house since it was too cold outside.
He felt pretty cool in his uniform and new car!
Myla slept through all of the excitement. But I don't think Grandpa and Grandma minded! Jorden's parents really made our Christmas! They made us a big Christmas dinner while we were still in the hospital so we would have nothing to worry about on Christmas Day. They really were our angels all week long!
Krew and all of his Christmas presents. Including his new baby sister, the best present of all!
