Halloween 2011

It's no secret that Krew LOVES Batman! So it was no surprise that he wanted to be Batman for Halloween this year.
Grandma and Grandpa Backman got Krew a cool Batman beanie that he loves to wear! He wouldn't even take it off for his nap the other day.

Instead of carving pumpkins we painted pumpkins.
 Much easier for a two-year-old!

Krew painted a beautiful abstract painting of what he kept saying was triangles??

The open mouth gives him perfect technique for painting :)
He added a 2-inch-thick layer of paint, so it should be dry by Christmas!

He was SO proud of his finished product; and he gets so excited every time he sees it on the front step!

On the other side of the pumpkin, Jorden painted his masterpiece.

On Halloween we 1st went to our ward trunk-or-treat. Then hit up a few houses. It was so windy that a few houses was all we could bare!

Krew is demonstrating how he'll, "Fight the bad guys!" by 1st showing his muscles and then,

doing a double-arm punch!

  4. Porter had the same Batman costume, Ryker went as Robin. My boys are bigtime into Batman right now! We painted pumkins too- it is so much easier! It looks like you had a fun Halloween!
