On Saturday Idaho Falls had the Scenic River Classic Run. We got brave and decided to go for it!
This is the before picture. We were in too much pain to take an after picture!
Jorden, Chet, and me all ran the 5k. The oldest yet most in shape of the group, Brad, ran the 10k and came in 4th out of his age group!

We had an awesome cheer team, Krew and Suanne. But Krew hogged all the popcorn to himself.
It was actually a really good day and we hope to do more races in the future. Even if we did spend the rest of the day like this:
